FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What happens during a tour?
Our Director will welcome your family at the daycare, guide you through each classroom, explain how our childcare programs work, and answer any questions you may have. When you book a tour, your selected time is automatically reserved in our internal calendar (info@pelcentre.com). This ensures your visit is fully prepared and personalized.
Can I bring my child?
Yes — children are always welcome during tours. It’s a great opportunity for them to explore the environment and for you to see how they respond to the space.
How long does a tour take?
Tours typically last between 25 and 30 minutes. This gives us enough time to walk you through the centre, introduce our approach, and discuss your family’s needs.
What should I ask during my visit?
You can ask us anything — we’re here to help. For additional guidance, please visit our FAQ section. During your tour, we’ll gladly address any questions or concerns you may have about our programs, nutrition, routines, enrollment, or anything else related to our childcare services.
